Many of us have heard about the side effects of direct sunlight on our skin and especially the discomfort and burns it brings on much sunny days. However, the sunlight has proven to be very good for our health.

However, persons with darker skin complexions may have to enjoy about 50 minutes of being under the sun as they have more melanin and that makes it quite longer for them to get enough of the required sunlight unlike persons with fair skin complexions.
