Elliot Binney a father from Oklahoma is being arrested for allegedly fleeing the scene of a rollover crash that killed his 16 year old daughter, Shelby Binney with the incident occurring in Bixby Oklahoma.
Elliott Binney faces charges of first-degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of a collision resulting in death, and passing a vehicle in a no passing zone. He was arrested on January 17, 2024, and was released on bond.
Elliott Binney was reportedly swigging vodka behind the wheel before the crash and left the scene of the accident walked into a family owned business to retrieve a vehicle and flee. He was later tracked down by police and arrested.
