ALFRED KOTEY ASHIE WINS RACE TO REPRESENT NDC IN ODODODIODO

Alfred Nii Kotey Ashie is the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for the Odododiodioo constituency in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. He won the party’s primary election on Sunday, January 21, 2024, with 1209 votes, defeating his rival Emmanuel Nii Okai Laryea, who got 952 votes.

He will be contesting for the parliamentary seat in the 2024 General Elections, hoping to succeed Nii Lantey Vanderpauye, who served as the MP for 12 years. Alfred Nii Kotey Ashie is a businessman and a social activist, who has been involved in various community development projects in the Odododiodioo constituency. He is also a member of the NDC’s Greater Accra Regional Executive Committee.

He has promised to unite the party and work hard to retain the seat for the NDC..
