GRA TARGETS OVER BILLION CEDIS IN 2024 TAX COLLECTION

The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) is the agency responsible for collecting and administering taxes in Ghana. The GRA has set a target of GH¢146 billion for its revenue collection in 2024. This is a 37.73% increase from the GH¢106 billion collected in 2023.

To achieve this goal, the GRA is implementing customer-centric initiatives, such as simplifying tax payment processes, improving service standards, and using technology to enhance tax compliance. The GRA also aims to create a growth-friendly tax environment that will support the economic expansion of Ghana.
