The largest opposition political party in Ghana, National Democratic Congress (NDC) will be holding its congress to elect some new aspirants for the next four years. The event is expected to take place at Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, December 13, 2022.
This reorganization exercise would continue next year as the party members would vote to decide who becomes their flagbearer for the 2024 elections.
As it stands now, the party has elected their new National Women’s Organizer, Dr Hannah Bissiw and National Youth Organizer, George Opare Addo at their congress which was held last Saturday on University of Cape Coast (UCC) campus.

Statement reads:
“As has been publicly stated by Mr. Mahama, he has no preference and has not endorsed any candidate in the ongoing NDC national executive elections, which climaxes on Saturday at the 10th National Delegates Congress,”
