IT’S SUICIDAL – BLAKK RASTA ON CHEF FAILATU’S COOKING MARATHON

Blakk Rasta, a media personality and musician in Ghana, has expressed his concern over Chef Failatu’s cookathon attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon. He said that depriving oneself of sleep for more than three days is a “suicide mission” that could lead to serious health implications.

He also said that he does not endorse or support such marathons, as they are not worth risking one’s life for.

Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak started her cookathon at the Modern City Hotel in Tamale, northern Ghana. She aims to cook for 240 hours, surpassing the current record of 119 hours and 57 minutes held by the Irish chef Alan Fisher.

She has received support and donations from various celebrities, government leaders and local people, who have visited the hotel to cheer her on and enjoy the food she prepares.

She said that her attempt is a national assignment on behalf of Ghana and it’s citizens.
